TitanForge Technology is a web design and development business operated by Paul Bancer, located in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. We build websites for local small businesses.

What Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
Contact form submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Your message
Automatically collected data
When you visit our website, analytics tools automatically collect general usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, browser type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected automatically.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Provide a website plan and proposal
- Deliver and support the services you hire us for
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Analytics and Cookies
This site uses two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Neither is used for advertising.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 uses cookies to track session data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics trackers.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to track aggregated page view counts and Web Vitals performance metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Vercel — Website hosting and Vercel Analytics. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Google — Google Analytics 4. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Resend— Email delivery service used to route contact form submissions to us. Your submission data is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure and is not stored by them beyond delivery.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email for business record-keeping purposes. We do not operate a database of visitor personal information.
If you become a client, your project-related communications are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.
Your Rights
You may request the deletion of any personal information you submitted through our contact form. To make a request, email paul.bancer@titanforgetech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
We will respond within 30 days and confirm deletion.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
